Grain-Free Paleo Pizza

  • 1 cup arrowroot
  • 1/2 tsp Real Salt
  • 1/3 cup avocado oil
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • dash garlic powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • desired pizza toppings


  1. Preheat oven to 450ยบ F. 

  2. In a medium bowl, mix the arrowroot and salt; set aside. 

  3. In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring the oil, water, vinegar, and garlic powder just to a boil. Remove from heat and pour over arrowroot mixture; stir to combine. 

  4. Add the egg and stir, then add the coconut flour and Italian seasoning; stir, then knead until a smooth dough forms.

  5. Roll into a 12-14 inch circle and bake on a greased pizza pan for 15 minutes or until crust becomes light golden brown.

  6.  Remove from oven, add toppings, and bake 3-5 more minutes.
