Game changer!

Since I’ve been taking Redmond salt in the morning and ReLyte before my workouts I no longer feel super thirsty after my workouts. I highly recommend it! My kid is at fire school going through intensive physical training and she has a tub of ReLyte in her dorm. She swears it has been key to her performance.

Must add to my water

This is my favorite water additive. The flavor is fantastic and has helped me drink so much more water than before. I will admit I found it a little too salty at first but found as long as I mix it well it is perfect! Strawberry lemonade is my personal favorite!

Best ever!

The lemon-lime is my favorite. Same flavor as the Gatorade but without all the nasty sugars and yellow dyes. I feel hydrated and it’s delicious. Also very cost effective!
